How do I register an account with Home Corp?

It is easy and convenient to create an account with Home Corp.

Log onto the Home Corp Namibia website. Browse our website and add all the goods you wish to purchase to the Shopping cart. Select the check-out option. The website will direct you to a web page where you can either log into an existing account or register a new account. Select “Register New Account.” Please ensure that all the information you enter is correct to the best of your knowledge.

Alternatively, you can create an account directly. On the Home Corp website, select “Log-in” on the top right of the webpage. Then, select “Register New Account” and enter all your information to the best of your knowledge. Once complete, click “register” to create your new Home Corp account.

Once you have registered, you will receive an email confirming your registration.


What do I need to purchase online?

To make any online purchase you will need to have an account with Home Corp. To create an account please refer to How do I register an account with Home Corp?. You will also require the following;

  • You will need to be over the age of 18 years old
  • Have authorization to make payments and confirm that there are sufficient funds in the account you are making the payment from.
  • You have given us permission to provide your personal information to DPO Paygate – our third party payment provider to perform any transaction, secure your information and authenticate the transaction.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Once Home Corp Namibia can confirm receipt of payment and availability of stocks, goods will be delivered in 2-3 working days.

You will receive a call from our Home Corp staff informing you when your goods will be dispatched and scheduling a convenient time for you to receive the goods. Please ensure someone is at your premises to receive the goods at the agreed time, date and location.


How can I find out more about the products on the website or Home Corp

Can I return goods?

If you are not completely satisfied with our products or services, you may return or exchange your goods subject to our Refund and Exchange Policy.

If you meet the requirements of our Refund and Exchange policy please contact us on +264 612 15666 or email us on INFONM@HOMECORP.AFRICA and request for a refund or exchange. A Home Corp representative will contact you to process your Refund and/or exchange.

You will be required to fill out our Refund and Exchange customer form and will be asked to provide a copy of your identification document. Upon collection, the products will be inspected to ensure goods are unused and in original condition, before any refund or exchange is granted.

Please note all refunds will be in a format decided upon by HOME CORP. No refund will be processed until the payment is reflected in HOME CORP’s bank account. This may take up to seven (7) days in some instances.
